Temple Beth Torah Preschool-Ventura

Our staff are very educated in the field of Early Childhood Education. Some of our teachers have a Masters in Education degree, some have Bachelors Degrees and others have some college.

Besides their formal education they have taken classes in Early Childhood required by the State of California, taken local ECE workshops and have attended Ventura College classes as well as conferences held in Southern California.

All teachers are CPR and First Aide trained. All teachers are required to continue their education while they are working at Temple Beth Torah Preschool.

Who We Are

We offer innovative programs, educational workshops for parents, and are always thinking of how to bring more into the classroom setting.

 We work with community agencies like food share, collecting foods for distribution to other people.

We work with the RAIN Project (a transitional homeless shelter) in Camarillo adopting the children each holiday so they have gifts for the holidays.

We provide books to other schools so they can increase their library.

We have collected boxes of clothing and items for children in Iraqi hospitals who were in need.

We collect coins to help the children in Haiti through the Red Cross.

We are always looking to help other people in our community.

We also network with other schools in our community.

We continually strive to promote outdoor education as one of our programs.
